10 Minutes A Day Can Help You Stay Calm

Things have been hard lately. This is common recurrence for most of us.

Running away is not an option of course. Or, is it?

That Would Depend On What You're Running Away From.

Responsibilities? No

Friends and Family? No

From all the noise? Maybe.

Shut down everything for a few minutes.

How?

  • Pick a time and place where you can get 10 minutes away from everyone.

  • Close your eyes and sit silently.

  • Observe the thoughts that come to mind.

  • Do NOT judge these thoughts or try to control them.

  • The only goal is to do nothing for 10 minutes

Congratulations! You've completed your first meditation session.

Wait, What?

Meditation comes with preconceived notions, but honestly all you had to do was sit in silence for a certain period.

Once you get better,

  • Increase Duration

  • Observe thought patterns

  • Accept who you are
