Yes, but that doesn't always mean more running (or workouts or study)

It could mean that the running you're doing, more of it needs to be on grass.

It could mean that more of the running you're already doing needs to be with friends or alone.

It could have nothing to do with running.

It could mean more sleep

It could mean more water

It could mean more more joy, more laughter in your life

It could mean more reading, more singing, could be more pizza , could be more chocolate chip mint ice-cream with rainbow sprinkles so good...

The point is you could always do more!

It just need not be more of the same.

(I typed out Coach Bennett's latest reel because it was worth sharing with everyone I know. For the most, running can be replaced with that thing you're working hard at. The point is the message he delivers. I'm probably going to refer to this one from time to time.)
